2. Data we collect

• When you order: name, email, phone, your goal (if given), the chosen package and payment status.
• Through the contact form: name, email and your message.
• We never see or store card or online banking details. Payments are processed by AS LHV Pank.

3. How we use it

• To perform the contract: confirming orders, the coach contacting you and monthly payment links.
• To meet accounting obligations (kept for 7 years).
• To answer your enquiries.

4. Processors

• Cloudflare: website hosting and database.
• AS LHV Pank: payment processing.
• Resend: sending email.

5. The KergeRaskus app

Training, nutrition and health data collected in the app is covered by the app's own privacy policy. That data is visible only to you and your coach and is stored in the European Union.

6. Cookies

We only use technical cookies needed for the site to work. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data and restrict its processing by writing to info@kergeraskus.ee. You can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
